I only reason I gave this item a one star because you have to select a star to continue with your review!I ordered the exact correct measurement for what I needed in this item. It did not fit. It was too big, even though the measurement range went smaller than my actual waist size. If you try to return it, you don’t even get your money back from this vendor. You have to pay shipment to return it and they only give you back a dollar or something like that.Amazon should stop selling this product!!!!

I like it because it's very cool and breathable and can't been seen easily under clothing. I "customize" this belt for added comfort for my back pain by slipping a thin ice pack underneath it for instant relief, holding it right where it will do the most good. My special secret!!

Using in a week and it’s been breaking here and there. Should I return it?

I found this belt very supportive but a little bit too narrow so I gave it only three stars. I have a 32 inch waist and it’s very snug so the medium fit me perfect but if you have a waist bigger than 33 or 34 It may be too small

Provides support and works for a short torso. Will buy a second to be able to change off for washing.
