First off I don't think this is 20000mah. On the box and on the battery itself it says 20000mah, 19000mah, and 13000mah. So who knows the real capacity. Other than that I was only expecting one lighting adapter but to my surprise it came with a USB type C adapter as well. Also comes with a cloth carrying bag/pouch. The "LED" screen does a alright job, however it is brighter in some areas than the rest. Still for the price and the metal build and built in cable it's worth it.

As much as I hate to write a bad review of something that was probably a great product, when this arrived, I was unable to charge it so I had to get a refund. To avoid the same issue, I purchased another product with half the capacity.As a positive, what charge this had when it got to me (60%) has charged my phone completely once, a couple times partially, and my Bluetooth headphones and it still has some charge left.If you get this product and it does not have any charging issues, it would be fantastic.It is rather large and heavy but regardless, of you are a traveller, this would be a good option.

The unit itself is decent. While heavy and thick, it's not much bigger "rectangle-wise" than current phones, and the cord matches up well with my phone at least to be able to have it charging and hold the pair together while still using it.It can charge my phone and ipad at least once each, and almost charge the phone fully a 2nd time.The big drawback is that I was looking for something to replace a similar unit that has separate cords for android and ipad. Having one cord with a lightning adapter seemed like it would work just as well. But the adapter doesn't stay stuck in the storage hole when the cord is out charging something else. So, it's going to get lost eventually.It did come with a usb-c adapter too that I don't need yet but might be helpful later, and that adapter stays in place in the hole.If you only need a lightning charger, or only an android charger, it'll work well. Not so much if you need both. I'm probably going to get another of the ones that has separate cords for ipad and android.

This is great. If I had to make design suggestions for next version, it would be these:1. Allow storage of all adapters w/in the casing;2. add a magnetic hold for the adapter housing so it doesn't fall right out so easily;3. wrap the cable around the bottom of the casing, so we have a longer cord to work with - as it is, the cord is a little too short, so it's not possible to hold your charger and phone together back to back.WIth these three changes, you'd have a perfect device.

Amazing workes wonders for my phone big enough power to charge my phone up to 4'time which is amazingEven comes with a pouch to put it inFeels really well built as well doesn't have that cheap feel to it and great price I would highly recommend

Great charging, very large capacity. We bought two. On one, the space where the iPhone connector goes was not tight-fitting, so the connector fell out once the cord was removed and it disappeared. On the second, the iPhone connector broke after two days. Now it’s basically useless for our family of iPhone users.

This is very large and clumsy to use. It charges but is ackward compared to many others I have owned. I have never used up all the power so I don't know how well it would hold up in an outage situation.

Overall it's a nice charger but it's rather too heavy. Especially when you try to carry it around so I ended up using it at home most of the time. Charges well so far tho'.
