Understandable instructions. A bit heavier than I thought it would be. I do not recommend this for someone who is 5' 6" and under because of the height of the seat which is not adjustable, your feet will barely touch the ground unless you happen to have long legs. I am a little over 5'7" with long legs and my heels just touch the floor. (The above is first observation and not on having it for a period of time.

I am updating my rating for this product based on excellent customer service. The seller reached out to me and within two weeks provided me replacement parts at no cost. The shipping was free too.This product is rated for 400lbs. However, the first time my wife used it while sitting to push herself (she weighs 275lbs) the right wheel hit a crack on the sidewalk and the frame piece holding the wheel bent making the rollator unstable. I'm past the return period so I guess I'm stuck. I'd love for the seller to reach out to me and replace the bent part. If that happened, I'd have to up my rating based on customer service.

This is a sturdy great looking walker. Comes assembled. Super easy to put the finishing touches on. Folds up to store. Husband says, “I love it! It is ready for racing!”

At first it was ok. Then the brakes stopped working. I rarely used them so no biggie. Then the brake lines detached and got hung on things and tangled in the wheels when it was collapsed in my trunk. The adjustable handles randomly dropping lower came next. Then we had the wheels randomly come unlocked and try to fold up while I was using the darn thing. Took about 15 months from purchase to nearly getting hurt when that happened so….buyer beware.

Well made rollator. Much easier to load into a car than the previous ones I have had.

There are three designs the manufacturer could improve. The seat is not height adjustable, The cane holder attachment is tight and difficult to attach and will not accommodate a cane with a 4 Point Quad Support Tip. Will need to use velcro. Otherwise, it is sturdy, spins on a dime, brakes work well, carry bag is a good size, and fold easily. I give it a 4 star 🌟
