Excellent. Actually helped

I don't know if these issues are caused by this product, but it was really the only thing that changed in my routine. I've just noticed that after taking these, I have massive poops. My stool size in general is much larger and on occasion it's troublesome. I might need to up my water intake. But over all, I feel better after eating when I take these as opposed to when I dont take these.

I expected more from this product, based on other reviews. I am not sure if it helped at all. Didn't see any weight loss beyond that of my adjusted diet. No large impact to my digestion. The value is subjective to the experience. My experience is unfounded: neither negative nor positive. Try for yourself is what I say.

Excellent product.

I’m grateful I found these pills here on Amazon for I’ve bought them at other places and they were a bit more pricey and I seen them here at a cheaper price and a good amount of milligrams for my food. I take them 30 minutes before I eat, and I feel these pills help me with my digestion.

Waste of money. Need something to stop my daily diarrhea, this wasn't it.
