After a week I am very happy with this purchase. They look great and lay flat. They also clean very easily. Only time will tell, however, how they will hold up over the long haul.

Beautiful and Good Quality are some of the attributes of these placemats. They are thick and help to protect our table from warm plates. Just a damp cloth, immediately followed by a dry, soft cloth keeps our placemats clean...so easy.We are very happy with our purchase.

These are lovely. When Portmerion bought Pimpernel and took Pimpernel production to China, I wondered if the English quality was till there. I hadn’t bought since then…these “new” ones are just as lovely as they used to be, a bit thicker but that actually makes them easier to pick up. The Tuscany landscape scene looks like an impressionist painting, I love them! A great value!

I gave these an overall 4 because I have bought these mats many times before in other patterns. For some reason the art work looked more vibrant on line. Somewhat duller than I expected. I will keep them anyway as I am enamored with Tuscany.

Vibrant colors and sturdy construction! Perfect protect my antique mahogany table. Also found with some difficulty the matching coasters which really completes the look!

Very pretty placemats and they also seem sturdy. The cork backing is substantial and protects my glass table. The colors are a bit more muted than I expected, but all in all very nice.
