Outstanding!
I have a Singer HD4432 and had purchased a Singer brand walking foot a couple months ago. It just has the single lever that rests on the needle screw. I was using it to quilt a fairly good sized jelly roll race quilt when the lever decided to remain in the upright position. I was really bugged because I’d only used it a total of maybe 10 hours when this happened. Because I am new to quilting, it took me a bit to figure out why the foot wasn’t moving the top fabric, and after some research I learned that walking feet with a fork type lever won’t do that. Because I was in kind of a rush to get this finished, I found this walking foot with next day delivery. It arrived on time, installed easily, and works like magic! The fact that the toe is open also helps me see the needle to accurately stitch in the ditch. To say I am pleased with this foot is an understatement! I’d been hesitant to purchase an off brand that “fits most” low shank household machines, but not anymore. The one thing I will say is that I cannot get the needle to line up exactly with the red line in the center of the foot, but that’s really no big deal. Right now I can’t speak to the longevity of this foot, as I have only used it for a few hours. While I was able to affix the lever of the Singer foot with a small piece of cotton yarn, I really didn’t want to have to mess with cutting the yarn off and tying it back every time I wanted to remove or use the foot. Now I don’t have to worry about it.

Worked Like a Charm!
What a great relief. Never really understood walking foot until I had and used one to make quilted hot pads. Now I get it and can't wait to apply to other quilting projects.

Great for sewing on leather labels
I'm so glad I bought this. I needed a walking foot to sew on my leather labels onto bags.

Black powder with use
I needed to order a longer screw in order to use the walking foot with my sewing machine. I have been using this for about a week now, and while it functions exactly as it is supposed to, I am disappointed by the quality. I can only presume that the internal mechanisms are poor quality, and that with use, the friction causes the metal to create minute scrapings. Unfortunately, I am sewing my wedding dress, and the black "soot" or "shavings " are getting all over my bridal satin.

Excellent walking foot!
My walking foot decided to quit just when I was finishing a baby quilt. Amazon to the rescue with a new walking foot, baby quilt complete, gift presented to the expectant parents, and I can sleep, knowing my job is done. This walking foot can handle the task of properly feeding multiple layers of fabric and batting keeping everything together as intended.New mom & dad? They’ve just begun the sleepless nights!

works beautifully!
I was struggling with a placemat project. Could not understand why the simplest project turned into a frustrating ugly scene! But once I placed the walking foot on my machine, my project was saved. I would highly recommend this for bulky projects or multiple layers that tend to shift, no matter how many pins or clips you used.

Didn't fit
This didn't fit my machine at all. The quality was subpar and could have been built better, and thicker around the body.
