I’ve been using Bettervits Probiotics for Gut Health for a few weeks now, and I’ve definitely felt an improvement in my overall digestion. The 30B CFU dosage seems to work well, but there’s no clear indicator to show exactly when it starts making a noticeable difference, so it took a little while for me to be sure. Still, it’s an easy-to-take supplement with no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve been feeling more balanced and my gut health seems to be improving.
