These handles are very nice! Excellent, heavy and overall great quality. I did return mine. Only because I didn’t like the final look. I’ll keep looking. Didn’t have any issues, so I can’t relate to customer service.

I installed these copper drawer pulls in my kitchen. I have 15 drawers, most of them are very heavy. These pulls stand up to the challenge. They are very sturdy. The quality is also very evident in the design, texture, and color. Everyone's eyes are drawn to them and I get tons of complements on these copper pulls.

The pulls came in looking like I purchased them from an upscale antique store! So beautifully patina'd and the weight is wonderful. Look no further for a vi rage looking new pull. Just stunning!

I love this hardware. I ordered several options before deciding on this one. They feel heavy, not cheap like so many do now. The variety of sizes and knobs meant I was able to match the hardware to different size cabinets and drawers.

I purchased these 3” to match other sizes in the same antique brass color. All other sizes are the same color finish but these 3” are slightly off color, they are more of a bronze undertone instead of gold. I bought three sets and the same color issue in all.

We purchased these for cabinets in our home a little over a year ago. Absolutely loved the color! We purchased them again this week for another project and the color is much more orange-y! So bummed!
