I have used other brands of fish sauce and found that I had to add more than I anticipated to get some flavor but this one. Wow! Punch of flavor while using so much less. Its wonderful. I'm finding myself experimenting and adding this to dishes that I normally would not have added fish sauce. It also adds great flavor to various dipping sauces.Nice

This smoked tuna fish sauce definitely deserves a spot on the sauce shelf. Typical fish sauce takes some time to be able to taste out of the bottle. It's typically overly salty with umami flavor. This smoked tuna fish sauce is quite different. The smokiness is the primary note with typical fish sauce flavors as the secondary note. It's delicious and not overpowering and could be a dipping sauce on its own. Very happy and surprised by this fish sauce.My bottle had a best buy daye of early 2024, so plenty of time to use it up.

Uniquely different sauce that is of excellent quality. This sauce is different from any fish sauce I have ever used. The flavor is well developed and really adds something special to my cooking. The bottle is large and arrived securely sealed and packaged. I am still finding a favorite use for this sauce but we have enjoyed it in a variety of dishes. I find a little goes a long way but that may be due to this being an unfamiliar flavor to my palate.

This is a unique and flavorful ingredient. Strong.

I was pretty disappointed when I opened the box and discovered underneath the bottle was a round, wet ring. I couldn't find any obvious holes, so I decided I would try it anyways. I quickly wish I hadn't as it tasted absolutely horrible. Fortunately, I was next to the sink so I was about to quickly try to rinse the nasty taste out of my mouth before a threw up.

I don’t like smoke flavor.

The bottle is bigger than I expected it to be, and a little bit actually goes a long way, so this will last quite a while for us. It adds a nice fish-ish flavor without being too fishy, for lack of better descriptors. Sometimes my household likes a small bowl of rice as a snack, and a small amount of this drizzled on top adds decent umami flavoring without the need for any extra prep.
