Can I buy a replacement handguard?

Sorry, there is no separate handguard for purchase

Does it come with a saya? (Saya is a katana sheath)

It does not. The handles are wrapped, although that comes loose easily. My son and I each have one. The cross-guard is plastic, and mine broke during shipping so I do not have a cross-guard. Without reservation, they are fantastic. Very solid, and resilient. We would totally buy them again.
