YETI Rambler Half Gallon Jug, Vacuum Insulated, Leakproof, Stainless Steel with MagCap

Excellent water bottle. I found this will keep ice for up to 3 days. And even after that the water is freezing cold. Other reviews talk about the lid leaking but I have not had that issue at all the few weeks that I’ve had it although I can see where the issue stems from. If you don’t screw the lid on fully this will leak. (I mean the big lid with the handle not the magnetic cap) There are 2 minor issues I’ve had. The handle is awesome and comfortable when carrying from place to place but it does have a smell. Over the weeks of having it the smell has subsided but hasn’t gone away I’m sure with a few more washes in the dishwasher this will go away but a little disappointing to see at this price point. I also think that this is a little more versatile than the 64 oz rambler. You can put larger pieces of ice in this container than the rambler the handle (minus the smell) is better and the larger opening makes for easy cleaning. I’ve enjoyed this so much that I’ve been thinking about the full 1 gallon jug eventually in the future.

This keeps ice cold for 24 hours. It has a magnet on top to hold the lid when you take it off which is perfect. It’s very heavy, but that’s to be expected. Also, if I ever face an intruder or bad guy and I’m holding this, I think I could take them out with one swing.It may seem insanely large, but it’s perfect for when you won’t have much access to water for a refill of for when you’re 9 months pregnant in July and super thirsty all the time!!

I absolutely love this bottle. I drink the entire bottle and more in a day of water. It’s helped immensely with the Texas heat! I chose this color only because it was cheaper than the other colors at the time of purchase.

Got it as a gift. After working in 90°+ heat they reported there is still ice left in the jug at the end of the day!

I purchased this for both work and daily use as well as being able to add to my water supply for camping trips. I hate to be that person but I really can't stand tepid or room temperature water. I really need water to be super cold, and I need to stay on top of my water intake consistently throughout the day for health reasons. I chose to invest in this because of Yeti's reputation for longevity and insulation and I'm happy I did. I have a Yeti cooler that can keep ice for three days easy, and while this doesn't last quite as long it absolutely works. As long as I put a sufficient amount of ice in it to begin with it will stay ice cold for about 48 hours. It's great for keeping cold water refills in my car throughout the day, even in Texas heat. I've had it for over a month now and I use it every day. It cleans easily and the magnetized cap is super efficient. The handle is also comfortable to hold for long periods of time, I've used an igloo half gallon bottle before and the square plastic handle was super uncomfortable to hike with after a while.My only annoyance with it is taking off the lid sometimes. If you twist the cap on too tight it kind of vacuum seals which is great in one way because this thing does not leak AT ALL. It does however make it a pain to twist off because I have to hold it with my forearm against my body and just put all my strength to twist from the top of the handle to break that seal. It's nothing detrimental to it's use and I'm sure it's just exasperated due to my size and strength, but I will say if you have very little grip strength in general this might not be the best purchase for you.
