Great Looking mirror
The mirror arrived in perfect condition - was very well packaged. It looks great and was exactly what we were looking for.ONE NOTE - be very careful when installing this mirror. The enclosed template does not accurately identify the locations of the mounts. They must be exactly level and the exact distance apart as noted - as there is NO adjustment feature for this mirror.Measure it out 3 or 4 times before you start drilling !

installation was terrible, brackets broke, now past return time, mirror is worthless

Incorrect hardware
I did not receive the correct hardware to hang this item. There is no way to report a problem on my Amazon app.. not clear how to contact the seller. Overall 0 out of 10 experience. Nice mirror though. Wish I could use it.
