**Review for iMac Purchase Experience**
I purchased an iMac that arrived promptly and well packaged, but I faced significant issues when it kept shutting down unexpectedly. This resulted in disconnections from important meetings and lost unsaved work.When I contacted customer service to request a different product, I was told that option wasn't available. Instead, I had to return the iMac at my own expense, with a £10 refund for postage that added unnecessary delays.Although I eventually received my money back, the lack of compensation for the inconvenience was disappointing. Even when considering purchasing another product, the company showed no willingness to assist. Overall, my experience has been unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this company.

Really good price . I searched the internet and other companies were not as good. Would use again . I can use it for what I need and my children need which is the most important thing

inonexistent set up instructions.and diifferent unknown ports. only instructions German for keyboard
i liked its size but couldn’t actually set it up. i didn’realise what was ‘integrated’. if i had done i think i would it was meant the operating systems, whichi dont need.quality of iMac appearance wise excellent. Unable t get my good photo of. everything already prepared to pack accepted on this form.Sorry any inconvenience caused by my mistake.

Product supplied with cheap peripherals instead of what was listed

Awful and very bad experience
The computer arrives on time and all looks ok, however, when I start setup the computer he starts blocking and don't let me proceed with the installation.I spend 3hrs on phone with Apple's assistance to try to help me to set up the computer without success.This was just a muse time...Not recommended at all.
