Easy to swallow
Thought id give this a try. Been using for two weeks. Some days i don't feel bloated and some i do. I don’t feel as hungry for sure. Ive still got the rest of the month to go, so we shall see.

Over a month lost no weight couldn’t tell any difference. Read up about it on internet thought good!!! No tried taking them just at night then in morning then 1 mor and 1 at night 🥴🥴🥴🥴
