The laptop was good I just did right set for my office but PLEASE BUY IT FROM HIM

Not Windows 10, nor touchscreen
Bought this thinking that it came with Windows 10. It does not. So it's misleading in that regard.It is also NOT a touch screen. Despite being listed as such. Not sure if it's a setting or not, but I have not been able to get it to work. GET IT FIXED/UPDATED!That said. I still enjoy the laptop and functions as any laptop of this caliber should. Gets bogged down just a little when running 3 monitors for my work station, but it is very minor. It does a fantastic job running more than a few programs like Word, Excel, Chrome, etc. at the same time. It's super light, the keyboard feels crisp, and the track pad is big where I don't feel like I run out of real estate moving the pointer.2 stars for the false advertising.

Desconozco si es defecto de fabrica o es un equipo recolectado o reacondicionado aunque yo la recibí como nueva, solo con una pequeña ruptura en la caja. La laptop en si es muy cómoda, rápida y fácil de usar, estaba encantada pues solo la uso para mí universidad y entretenimiento y me parecía excelente, pero a los dos días de usarla descubrí que el TPM estaba defectuoso, lo cual limita gran parte de su funcionamiento, al verificar la garantía en la pagina de Dell descubrí que está había entrado en uso desde octubre y el equipo lo adquirí en enero, no se si es por ser de revendedor, aun así tuve que validarla con el soporte técnico de Estados Unidos, por qué el equipo es americano. He visto algunos comentarios que han pasado por algo similar, la forma más fácil de resolverlo es hablar con el soporte técnico de EUA si es que pueden comunicarse en inglés, la buena noticia es que a pesar de necesitar un cambio completo de la tarjeta madre la garantía y soporte de cambio es válida en México, espero el equipo no sea recolectado o reacondicionado por qué de ser así tendría que pagar gastos extras por modificaciones o uso que no le di yo, lástima por qué parece que no soy la única que se ha topado con fallos técnicos con este equipo y es extraño que el control de calidad sea tan bajo con un mismo revendedor siendo que la marca Dell es muy buena en relación calidad-precio.

Budget choice
ProsCompact.Enough performance for everyday works and some more (development, virtualization) if it is with SSD drive. Otherwise (in my case laptop came with HDD which is not in description) it will work very slow.Ergonomic full keyboard. Screen has good vewing angle and quality.ConsNo RJ45 and Type-C ports (In description they was).Cooling system is noicy when CPU load is more than 50%Quality of keyboard and touch-pad is not a top.Overall the plastic is very cheep and keeping fingerprints. You need to clean it often.WarningsBe careful when opening screen when laptop placed on desk as the bottom-back edge of screen cover can be scrubbed.OverallNot bad choice by performance/price.P.S.I have added M.2 NVMe 256 GB drive and replaced HDD with SATA 3 SSD 512GB drive. Works perfectly! Many thanks seller.

EXCELLENT BUDGET PC FOR DAILY USE
(Review, Dell Inspiron 15 3501 -- i5-1135G7, 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD -- 5 stars!)This is an excellent budget PC for daily use -- thin & light design; super fast; brilliant & crisp display; always cool while working; and enough ports including legacy ports. And, in terms of design & performance, it compares very closely, and favorably with another great PC that I also use, the highly user-rated HP 15, model 15-dy1043dx (i5-1035G1, 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD); whose current version seems to be: HP 15-dy2021nr, also highly regarded!Having used my Dell PC for several months now, I am super happy with it for daily work (mainly Web-based stuff, Zoom meetings, phone links via the MS Your Phone App, and plenty of MS Office Apps, mainly Word & Excel.) So, overall: 5 stars, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!In terms of design and performance, this Dell PC also gets high user and expert ratings. (For info: this same PC is rated at an average of 4.7 stars by many customers of Best Buy. It is also rated by Windows Central Reviewers as the Best Budget Dell 15” PC of 2021!)By Kim Mems
