It's a great bean, aromatic, acidic, overall rating is excellent, all in all you can't go wrong with a blind selection of Ethiopian coffee beans, and the date would be even better if it was fresh!

Really liking these beans—just the right amount of strength, not too bold, but super smooth and easy to drink. Brewed it in my filter coffee machine and it came out just right!

Gorgeous coffee but note it is beans not ground, I had to buy a grinder but is good to have anyway if you love your coffee!

Our favourite coffee beans yet. Excellent flavour, not too acidic and not too bitter. For those with a Sage coffee machine, for the double size pod for the grinder, we have found that grind size 13 is the best for espressos, yielding a concentrated (but not overpowering) flavour and an excellent crema. For the single pod size, grind 15 is great. Temperature 91 (no higher) also produces the best aroma without burning the coffee.The beans are fresh. We have them saved in our basket and buy them on offer, roughly once a month, which makes them excellent value for money.

Excellent tasting medium coffee

Exactly as I expected. Nice taste. Flavour not so bitter, hints of fruit.

This is the first time I’ve tried this Ethiopia Arabica blend from Illy. I ground it to a fine powder using a burr grinder and made espresso for a latte in my Francis Francis X1 coffee machine.The flavour reminded me of treacle…and I can detect the floral aroma and taste…I have my coffee without sweetner or sugar and takes it with soya milk.It has a nice colour, aroma and crema.
