Jabra Evolve 20 UC Stereo Wired Headset/Music Headphones (U.S. Retail Packaging), Black

I have purchased many different headsets, being in a cube/Skype meeting office atmosphere and I have to say that these by far have been my favorite. The sound quality is excellent. The sturdy build is great. My favorite feature though is the little desk control. It allows me to just move my hand while typing to mute/un-mute my headset. (TO ME this is a great feature, because it means I don't have to hunt on the screen to see if I am muted on a conference call or not)Music wise, they are very pleasant to listen to and have a good range. They work great for if you want to be able to use them for both work, and tuning out your coworkers.

Works great for long gaming and work sessions. I use these to communicating with employees using microsoft teams for very long periods of time and they are still comfortable. These are also great for gaming sessions and have good noise cancellation.

I ordered and the first one I received the mic didn’t work. But, I returned for a replacement and the replacement is good. Works great.

I replaced my failed Logitech headset with this one. Everyone has said that my sound quality is crystal clear. The button puck is pretty slick also in teams. The mute button and phone button integrate perfectly with teams meetings. I can leave a teams meeting just by clicking the phone button which takes away the need to go back to the teams window. No driver installation needed, works with standard Windows USB drivers.

Great price point!Comfortable on the ears I wear approximately 4 to 5 hours a day. I work remotely and in a internal company instructor the sound quality is very good echo.

This came so quickly and it works very well. The noise cancellation works well (I have three toddlers in the house) to cancel noise. This was very easy to set up and very easy to start using immediately.

I am on my second headset and this one did not make it a year before breaking the same way my first headset did. Both were the stereo headsets (two speakers). Sound and mic are great. No problems there. But since the speakers swivel, they are connected via a small, cheap, piece of plastic. Both times, the left speaker broke away from the headset band. The speaker wire is still attached, and the speaker still works, but it will not stay against your ear unless you hold it there. I've tried glue and tape but nothing works. I wind up cutting the wire and using the remainder as a mono headset. I will not be purchasing a 3rd replacement. I am going to look for something that will hold up to standard daily use.

I was having trouble with the Bluetooth headsets, as they kept cutting out. I went for this wired headset and it’s great! Sound is clear, noise canceling, and I no longer disappear in the calls! Very happy with my purchase.
