2016 Chevrolet TraxBusted the original radiator tank overflow cap *in place*, of all things. (Original owner, FYI). Quite the issue to remove inner cap. Replacement is 'spring-loaded', so requires you to push down and then rotate to close. Clever improvement over the original, very pleased by it.

Great item

This cap "fits," but it's a piece of junk. The gasketed plug section that goes into the throat of the reservoir opening as you screw the cap down (designed to withstand 15 PSI) is attached to the cap with a plastic clip/rail retainer that simply isn't strong enough to keep the plug fastened to the cap as you're trying to unscrew/remove the cap (especially if you haven't removed the cap for awhile). So you end up with the cap in your hand, the plug section still stuck in the reservoir opening, and having to pry the plug out of your reservoir opening with a screwdriver, which only screws up/weakens the retainer more and makes the cap even more useless. One star = junk.

When I got this reservoir cap, it was broken. Other than that it seems like a decent cab and I’m sure that I just got the unlucky one.

This item failed immediately, on the test drive I was forced to coast to the nearest parts store to purchase a replacement.
