These are milder and sweeter than most traditional tamarind candies, which makes them perfect for me. I like the slight heat but not so much you can't keep eating it. These are perfect and chewy and fun.

I’ve definitely been spoiled with the fresh ones. I was completely shocked when I try to bite into this rock hard candy on the outside or whatever it is fruit and I do not like the taste of them and upon looking further after my purchase at the ingredients, these are not good for you at all like that we know that stuff that’s sweet and candy isn’t supposed to be good for you, but this has a lot of bad chemical stuff in it Unfortunately I think I’ll stick with going fresh at the local placesI’m

I’ve read peoples reviews on here about these tamarindo straws and how they were probably old and they were hard. I have to say that this was not my experience. These things are so good. They’re fresh and chewy & they taste so good. The company must’ve read those reviews and changed something up to make sure that they fixed that. These are really good. With a michelada, these would go perfect. 10/10

These are soooooo dry, it’s a STRUGGLE to bite into them. They smell like plastic. That’s concerning given they are tamarind covered in spices. These are not fresh at all. The sugar granules are showing on some them due to DRYING out. Very disappointing.
