What all comes in the box with it?

I got, crossbow(some assembly required), scope, quiver, silent crank, drawstring, 3 arrows with practice tips, slide lube. Arms come pre strung, but you have to put them on. it also includes all the hex keys needed to assemble. need a flathead (not included) to attach scope

Has anybody replaced the string and does it shoot better afterwards?

Just did replace my strings and have not had a chance to shoot it yet... all my gear is up at my camp. Will have to wait a couple of weeks to get up there to shoot it.... will do my best to report back after to let you know.

Does this also come with the Rope cocker?

Quiver reversable i shoot lefty

You bet. As a righty, I've wondered if it'd be better on the left side instead of the right...I think this had something to do with string cocking it but I can't remember. I just took the quiver off for my first season since I only hunt on my farm and only need a single shot anyway. First time out, I went right through a nice doe that dropped about 50' away. Very satisfied with that!
