I recommend this to anyone who has a loved one deployed during their birthday. That is who I bought this for. I looked for a sure way to send a real cake, and while I did find some great suggestions, none guaranteed a fresh and intact delivery. I had the idea to find a birthday cake candle so my love could light it, get a smell of it and still blow it out for his wish. He was grateful for the candle and well as my thoughtfulness. He will be away for my birthday as well, so we can enjoy cake together when he is back stateside, but this candle was a great sentiment in the meantime.
