Cured my bacterial infections!/helped acne
This has helped a lot with my acne. I'm not pimple free but I don't get as many cystic one anymore.Also! I got bacterial infections on a regular and nothing was preventing them. I haven't had one in months!!! 15 years and I finally found something! And by chance!!!

Easily Dissolvable
I can't swallow the whole capsule because of my surgery restrictions but I like the fact that it is powdery and easily dissolvable in water. It has kept my vitamin a levels good where other dry a supplements have not.
