MASTER COOK Classic Liquid Propane Gas Grill, 3 Burner with Folding Table

***ONE YEAR LATER*** (It's outside year round. And it's covered when not in use.) Though I gave it a five star rating out of the box, my opinion of this grill has steadily increased over the past year. Living in N. Pennsylvania winters can be cold. This grill is able to maintain a 550-600 degree temp even on 0 degree days It heats more evenly than any CharBroil, Coleman, or Weber I have owned. It's still a solid 5 star rating 1 year later! This has been one of my best purchases in the past few years!Original Post: I read the reviews taking note of the irregularities. I received the grill well packed and in good time. The assembly was typical of such grills and took about an hour. The pictures were easy to follow. The only problem I encountered was that two pieces were not in the box. I contacted the company (via their Amazon Store) immediately, had a response in less than 24 hours and the parts were in the Fed Ex system within another 24 hours and arrived 24 hours after that. I received follow up emails with tracking number and confirmation that they were on resolving the issue. That's GREAT customer service. It's 2 degrees here today and the grill quickly heated to, and held, a 500 degree temperature. I'm very pleased with the product and even more so with the best customer experience I have EVER had on Amazon.

This is a good looking grill that has the 3 burner feature that I was looking for. Has a lot of pieces, but pretty easy to assemble. Cooks great.

Not much for taking care of things, so my grills have a 2 year life expectancy. Not a problem assembling it. Not my first grill or rodeo. The 'You Tube' videos are very little help. You need to 'season' it to get rid of whatever coating(s) they use. Run it up on high opened for 20 minutes. Then run it closed for about 10 minutes and open it up. Repeat until it smells no more. It doesn't have an 'auto light', but in my experience this 'device' craps out on most cheap or expensive grills; a 'good and plenty' to get you to spend more money on parts, on an item that was designed to fail to begin with. Again, functional and not pricey, but you're not passing it down to your will.

I wanted a smaller grill with fold down side shelves. The instructions were easy to follow. Toughest part was getting the nut tightened on the wheels. Otherwise I am thrilled with this. Fits perfectly on my porch and pool area. Would buy again.

If you’re not serious about your grilling sure this grill is OK.However my main complaint is that the side “tables” do not lay straight. You can’t set anything on top of them without it falling off. Its super annoying. Due to this I’m actually looking for a little cart to put next to my grill so I can put the things down and not worry about them falling off.Other than that it does its job.

Fits perfectly on small patio

I have not used this grill yet but I put it together and I don't see anything that can go wrong with it. It is sturdy. It has the big wheels I was looking for to roll across the gravel. And, what I really like is the drop down shelves. I have found that I never use the side burner on other grills. This way if folds down much smaller and is a much smaller footprint on the patio. It was also cheaper than the other grills. What's not to like?I received the grill and put it together with little problem. Of course the very last piece was missing - a thing to hold on the grease cup. I emailed them and quickly got a reply that they would send one "as soon as they could". After reading other reviews I expected that it would take a month or so. I had the part in less than a week. Good job guys!
