Love the fact this is glyphosate free!! Tasted great in making fat-head dough buns. I will purchase again!*** I searched their website regarding the glyphosate free, because it is not written on the packaging which I was concerned about. Hopefully, they will add this to their packaging.

I couldn't find meal, only flour in the stores. This was fresh. Had pleasant almond scent. Worked great in recipe for apple crisp topping.

Good Product for Ketobiotic Recipes
I bought this flour to use in Ketobiotic recipes. I made chicken nuggets with the flour and found it adhered well to the chicken pieces, didn't burn unless I left it in the pan too long, and tasted light and crispy.
