Why do all the reviews of this shirt say it's made poorly and out of thin nylon while your description says 100%cotton?

An authentic Powell Peralta shirt is neither poorly made or nylon. Chances are the item is a knock off, and as a consumer be a cautious when a price is too good to be true.

Is this shirt super soft?

No. This is not the cheap, thin, soft cotton blend that most shirts are made of these days. It's a more durable, thicker material, more appropriate for a skateboarding brand shirt that, one would assume, is likely to be put through some wear and tear.

What are the measurements of a medium? Sleeve length, vertical length from neck down? I am 5'9, 150 lbs.

I am and inch shorter than you and I'm 160lbs... I order a large no matter what. They all have fit perfectly and still do... GET A LARGE, IT WILL BE PERFECT.
