Had a higher than usual rise in shower and toilet area. Area previously had ceramic tile but the subfloor was still in great shape. To avoid a complete tear out I just went over top of the existing cement board. Strip only had adhesive tape on one side. I quickly wiped the area with some alcohol wipes put a small strip of silicone adhesive on the side that was without tape. Down it went put a few heavy objects on it and left it alone over night. Worked great! Recommended buy for an unusually high transition.
