This 3 pack was a great price compared to buying elsewhere. I love the Aarke water filter - all metal and glass, no plastic in sight! These refills are simple to use and keep the filtered water tasting nice.

I have a aarke filter jug and their pro carbonator. If you have the jug then the filter material is essential. I'm not a fan of drinking the tap water, though in Ireland tap water is generally fine to drink. I liked the idea of no plastics. I've used various main brand filter over the years and always ended up in the bin for one reason or another. The aarke filter jug is well designed and stylish, I've used it now for about 2 months. Water tastes great. It's easy to use just fill stainless steel hopper rince a couple of times in water and good to good. None of the filter material has come through into the drinking water. Someone asked what the material is, honestly don't know, doesn't say on the box. My only issue unfortunately is I ordered from Amazon UK and I noticed it came from Barcelona. Great for use with the Aarke filter, easy to replace and dispose of the old ones. Water tastes great and doesn't leave as much scale in the kettle after use.

Expensive, but they work very well. In particular they appear to remove a lot of the limescale from water, so we tend to use the filtered water for our steam iron for example. Do as the instructions recommend and discard the first lot of water you filter through it, as it tastes very bitter.

I love my Aarke water filter and use it constantly, which means that I need to buy replacement filter granules. They are rather expensive but the whole system is plastic free and so I suppose you get what you pay for. I would recommend this system for water taste, clarity and speed of filtration.

Dies funktioniert top: Tee schmeckt sehr viel besser und kein Entkalken des Wasserkochers mehr erforderlich und kein Teeschleier mehr in Kannen, Bechern und Tassen. Es erfüllt meine Erwartungen komplett, Bitte darauf achten, den Wasserfilter samt Granulat, wie in der Anleitung von Aarke beschrieben, einmal pro Woche auszukochen. Dies verhindert nicht nur die Bakterienbildung, sondern erhält auch die Filterleistung (u. a. die Durchflussgeschwindigkeit). Ich koche den Filter im Wasserkocher zweimal auf.
