APPLICATION RANGE
1. Fuel injection pressure is less than 140PSI: perfect for most gasoline/gas engine fuel injection system (except for Bosch, CIS Jetronic, Throttle Body Systems on GM vehicles), not for diesel high pressure injection pump or direct-injection engine.
2. Check if your vehicle's fuel pressure can be tested by one of following connection styles:
Hook up fuel pressure test port directly
14"L long hose brass fittings is used for the 1/4" SAE standard schrader valve on the fuel rail or fuel pump. The 8"L short hose for M6 fuel pressure test port, and M8/M10/M12/M14 adapters for the corresponding test port on fuel rail
In-line connection
Aluminum tee with brass fittings allows to test the fuel pressure for most vehicles, by splicing in-line between the fuel pump and engine

4.Testing fuel pressure is an essential part of the troubleshooting process of fuel injection system. Proper fuel pressure is vital for engine operation and performance
5.Before making connections and testing, place a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher nearby.
6.Gasoline is highly flammable. Do not smoke, or test near open flames or a source of electrical sparks, or hot manifolds or other engine components.
7.Perform service in a well-ventilated, outdoor location
8.Make sure all connections are tight to avoid fuel leaks. Or use PTFE tape if needed.
