My son has been complaining of difficulty falling asleep, and truly has been taking upwards of 30 min to an hour to fall asleep. Not sure if screens or active mind are to blame, or what, but I gave him 1 gummy last night and it helped a little bit, and 2 gummies tonight and he was really good and sleepy, and was asleep within 5 minutes of getting tucked in. I recommend to give to your child before brushing teeth/story, so it has some time to work (and so that sugar doesn't stay on their teeth all night- yikes!) I've recently been using Melatonin myself as a sleep aid, and it has helped me fall asleep and sleep more deeply. Hello Bello is a trusted brand for kids, so I felt safe using this for my kid. Also he said the flavor is delicious, so no difficulty there.

Love these. Taste great. My 2 year old takes 1 a day. It's hard to find vitamins that young toddlers can take(as stated on the bottles, at least), but this one just cuts the dosage from 2 to 1 a day. Love Hello Bello everything!
