THOMSONX4 Stem Black, 10Deg/100mm

This is the third Thomson stem I've bought for a road bike. I used the beefier X4 on my road bike because I don't need "stupid light" parts to go fast. I only use Thomson seat posts and stems on my bikes.

I have used Thomson X2 stems for over 20 yearsw on road bikes. I was apprehensive about using the X4 on my endurance bike thinking it would be too beefy, but X2’s are hard to come by. I am glad that I got this 100mm X4. It is beefier but is nice and stiff, looks incredible, and the machining is impeccable. Definitely not too much for a road or gravel ride. Plus made by Americans in Georgia!!

Awesome stem. It looks great, is light and it matches my Thomson seat post.

あまりの精度の高さにコラムに差し込むのも大変。キツキツなので相手がカーボンコラムのときはコラムに傷が点かない様に注意が必要。剛性とか軽さとかどうでもいいやってなるぐらいの質感。もちろん剛性もバッチリです。
