Wusthof Diamond Steel
Well what can I say. Speechless. As soon as you open and get the steel out and feel it you instantly know you have a thing of beauty. It's weighty the hook for hanging is sturdy also. My knife is pretty sharp so I've not noticed a huge effect but when running the knife you just know how quality it is. There is a blunt knife I dulled and partly sharpened so will give that a sharpen aswell.
