Amazing kitchen sheers!
Super sharp and smooth operating thanks to the spring-loaded joint. Cut through chicken bones as if they were butter! They come in a lined storage box to keep them protected and are made of high-quality materials and superb craftsmanship. The shape makes them feel good in your hand and makes them easy to operate. The unique look makes them a stylish addition to any kitchen... highly recommend!!!

Amazingly sharp!
These are the ultimate kitchen tool for serious cutting! I use them to spatchcock chickens and turkeys. The scissors work very well! Watch your fingers while taking them apart and cleaning as they are incredibly sharp!

Found a great solution for butchering rabbits
It has been difficult to find a good set of shears to help with processing the rabbits we raise on our farm. I gave these a try, and unfortunately the pin that holds the two scissor blades together broke. The seller reached out to me and replaced them immediately. They apologized profusely and explained how these shears are hand finished and assembled in Japan. I have since used the replacement shears to process around 30 rabbits these are excellent tools and are up to the challenges of the rabbits. They disassemble easily so you can keep them clean and sanitary. I have purchased another pair because my wife won’t share..

Really nice but be careful during disassembly
These are really nice if you don't take them apart. Sharp, with a really nice design containing no plastic. I really like the feel of these in the hand and how they were designed. The feature of being able to take it apart and use it like a regular knife is really cool too. However, if you do take it apart, make sure you are careful to not let the spring come out of the recessed groove it is in. If it comes out like it did for me when I was cleaning it, you will have a really tough time trying to get it back it there. I tried to get that spring back in but it proved too difficult. I returned it for another pair of shears that were also spring assisted but don't come apart. It seems that if you want a spring assisted pair of shears you have to compromise for the ease of cleaning.

Looks great and works great until they break.
The spring pops out when you take these apart to clean, and then you need some special tool to compress the spring. Because the spring is offset, none of my typical tools can compress it. This renders the shears garbage. Maybe I can use the one side as a bait knife.

Best shears I've ever owned!
They are the sharpest and easiest shears I've ever used. With over 15 years in professional kitchens, I've used my fair share of kitchen shears for various projects, and these are by far my favorite. They are very comfortable to hold for long periods of time and they cut through lobster shells like its paper. The knife side is handy on its own for small projects, but it won't replace a trusty paring knife when you need one. But the ability to use it on my diamond steal to get it razor sharp again in seconds is very convenient when it does start to dull after lots of use. I would highly recommend any chef to add these to their knife roll. you won't regret it.

Rust
After less than a year of use, rust formed on the scissors. These are hand washed and dryed befor edtoring. I only use it around 3-4x a month as i do not always cook. Not sure if rhere is warranty available as i cannot find the info for this
