OASISHOME Pop-up Gazebo Instant Portable Canopy Tent 10'x10', Bag, for Patio/Outdoor/Wedding Parties and Events (White, 10x10)

I was looking for a 10 x 10 pop-up to put on my deck in May. I saw the oasis home pop-up and liked very much the sides that came with it that Velcro up onto the side in case it was raining. I installed it on my deck and it was up for approximately three months. I had an issue with a tear in the top when I was taking it down for the season. I was kind of upset and I got hold of oasis home and they got back to me very quickly. I was impressed with the after the sale customer service. After sending pictures of the tear in the date of purchase, they were quick to send me another pop-up. I couldn’t believe it and would not hesitate to buy another one of these pop-ups or any other item that this company sells thanks, Rick W.

I am sooooo happy I chose this. I read a couple reviews that scared me, but I think they must have fixed it. It was so easy to set up. The only help I needed was pulling the frame open and putting the roof on. I probably wouldn't have needed help with the roof part but figured I might as well get help if it's being offered lol. It is heavy duty. The frame is thick and extremely sturdy. The walls velcroed all the way around. There were no openings. it velcroed all the way down the legs. It came with very heavy duty sand bags to fill. Thick sturdy rope with metal stakes. It adjusts 3 levels. Zippers on both ends for opening. Both long sides have large French like windows to look out (they don't open). I am extremely satisfied with this product and am so glad I chose it. I'm using it indoors as a free standing bedroom it works perfectly for. I'm almost disappointed I don't need it for outdoors, because it is perfect for any outdoor activities!! So happy😊

I purchased this because I thought the strength and durability would be better than the cheaper one I was replacing. I purchased it May 18, 2023. Used it 3 days for our event. No rain, storms or high winds. The stitching started coming loose that attaches canopy to the frame.Fast forward 1 year: we set the canopy up again. (We hadn't used it since May, 2023). It rained but no high wind. Had it set up for a couple of days. Stitching was getting worse. Frame bent even worse and broke in the corner.I purchased the 5 year extended warranty that was offered at the time of purchase. I tried to file a claim but was told they couldn't process my claim.I won't purchase from this company again and likely won't purchase another purchase protection plan from Allstate since they can't honor their products.

~6 months after use: the frame holds up well and is sturdy, but all of the sides and top are made of thin material that rips easily, under very little but consistent wind. I tried contacting the company to inquire, but have not received a response for 3 days now.Edit- The company responded and replaced the sides and top, albeit with black color instead of the white I had. The replacements seem better manufactured, so I’m hoping they’ll hold up better than the previous. Since they stood behind their product, I’m amending my review from 2 to 4 stars for now!

Great fit for family function.

I purchased a 10x10 canopy (one with removable walls) in order to help beat the heat of Florida Summers and the consistent rain! I had this canopy up for most of the Summer and Fall, only taking it down for major thunderstorms and hurricanes.This canopy held up very well with minimal damage or leaking (though there is some minor leaking from stitched areas) until recently.. We had a bird tear through the canopy in a fit so now we have a major hole in the fabric top! Beyond the minor drip leaks the only other problem we had was the anchor cords popping (and breaking into tiny pieces!) But it is really easy to run new anchor lines from paracord.I would happily rate this higher if there were a way to order a replacement canopy!! I hesitate to buy a new one only because having a second canopy base would be a waste. I may have to look for other brands to order the fabric top.If you need a quick shade canopy or to keep the rain off your puppy doing their thing, this is a great buy!The canopy top will easily have a long life if you are careful when you break it down and put it back up, and especially if you live somewhere with less dramatic weather (and sun/UV weakening of the fabric!)I bought the white Canopy to help reduce the wear and tear on the top during the brutal summer heat here and recommend it to you as well!Hope this helps some of you decide to choose!
