It was going to take too long to ship the turkey rub that I wanted to use on my turkey that I was going to smoke on Thanksgiving. So glad I found this brand on Amazon. I brined my turkey, then rubbed this mix under the skin and also mixed it with melted butter and some smoked salt and injected this butter mixture into the breast and thighs. Then on top of the skin for good measure. This turkey was amazing. Everyone's jaw dropped when they tasted that turkey. I was so glad this mix was so good. I am going to use it on some roasted chickens and I am fairly certain they are going to be a hit as well. I truly recommend this mix and will very likely buy again before I run out of the one I am using now.

I'm not one to review products but I'll make an exception here. I bought this to use for my first deep fried turkey this Thanksgiving. I'm a big fan of not overpowering the natural flavor of meat so being that your product boasted being all natural I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. Turkey came out perfect. Flavor was enhanced, not changed. Very subtle but noticeable. Since then I've used it with pork, pasta, and used it to finish a grilled steak. I'm extremely happy!! Perfect blend of choice spices to help bring out the flavor of the meat. I will definitely be buying again. Thank you

I purchased this to rub on turkey for Thanksgiving, before we put the bird in the smoker. It's a nice seasoning, but very "paprika-ish". I added some extra sage and rosemary.

This stuff is awesome! I smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving and it was the hit. You can put that rub on quite generously and it didn't come out to be too salty at all, excellent flavor for a turkey or chicken for that matter.

This seasoning was recommended by a friend. I LOVE to play with my smoker and create jaw-dropping results. I used a generous amount of this Miner's mix in a brine that soaked into this 22 pound bird overnight. Smoked this on my pellet grill until I just had about 15 degrees to go, then sprinkled the remainder of the Miners Mix over the bird.Let 'er rest, then sliced. Most moist, flavorful result had everyone talking about how they may not be a fan of turkey, but were anxious for me to do this again immediately.Can't go wrong with Miner's Mix.

I love the flavor of this seasoning. Makes a nice crust on a roasted chicken. Only complaint is it is a little expensive, but I will still be buying it in the future regardless because of the quality. I use it on potatoes, burgers, roasted chicken, and corn on the cob. It is more than just a poultry seasoning.

So I had to begin eating chicken on a daily basis (don't ask) and had been trouble finding appropriate spices to spice up and give my poultry a different flavor on a daily basis. I have had luck in finding, and this Miners Mix is definitely on the list to mix it up. I can't and don't bbq everyday so I make my chicken (usually a breast) in a pan with some olive oil or in the oven. This stuff truly does give my chicken some real flavor. Highly recommend it!

It was pretty bland, and lacked flavor, the seal at the top was not on very tight, so I’m assuming the seasonings went stale:/
