It didn't have the great acoustic sound that others have
Out of tune and all the forks were push together. It didn't have the great acoustic sound that others have.

Quality of sound needs help
I could not find a way to contact the company. We were disappointed with the sound. One tine was loose but wiggled easily into place. That one and another one seem to make the same sound. I don't want to return it as it is a Christmas present but after I give it to my grandson, I will offer to return it for him. My hope is that the company will contact us and tell us how to "fix" the sound if possible or any other usable suggestion. I was familiar with one like this at a friend's house and was very hopeful for a delightful experience. My hope now rests on a contact from the company via this review so I can revise my rating...
