Yumbox Presto Leakproof Stainless Steel Leakproof Bento Box (Kale Green)

Originally bought the bentgo but then decided to try this one too. Ended up keeping this one and returning the other one. Very sturdy and leak proof. The reason I like this one more is the portion sizes and the clip. This is for my 18 month old and this one he can open without help, but the other one was too hard.

This lunchbox actually works as claimed! It does not leak, is not easily broken and has survived a middle schooler using it daily for over a year. I’m both surprised and relieved that it’s not a piece of junk.

Sturdy and easy for my son to open. I appreciate that his food isn’t surrounded by plastic on all sides, and theres less plastic used in this box overall. But it’s a bit heavy and wish it could go in the wash!

My daughter likes it. Easy to clean but it says not recommended use dishwasher.

This is the third stainless steel lunchbox we've purchased, but our first time with this particular product. I'm very pleased with how easily it fits into the dishwasher and especially with how easy it is to open and close. My kindergartener can easily open and close without any hassle (better than the other two brands we own) and we find that the capacity is generous.

We’ve tried several brands and this is the new favorite. Pros: Stainless steel Easy to clean Sturdy Leakproof Cons: On the heavy side Round compartment should be deeper Doesn’t fit cutlery Doesn’t fit in other brand cooler bags Other lunch boxes we’ve tried include bentgo kids, which was great until the silicone got mold; bentgo stainless (too flimsy!); think! Sport-loved it but lid didn’t close properly. The yumbox holds more food than a bentgo kids, which was necessary for by 5yo.

Love the size and compartments of this box, very easy to clean and my kindergartener uses it easily. However, we have only hand washed and after 6 uses the latch is quite loose, so there is no longer much suction between the silicone on the inner lid and the compartments, which means we can really only use for dry foods because anything slightly liquid (hummus, cottage cheese etc) slides between compartments and out the sides.

The sandwich compartment is not rectangular - off shape but still works! and no leak so far!
