Worse product and support
Don't buy any camera from trueview. Camera is faulty, don't recording playback after sometime. And when I asked support they are unable to help after calling multiple time. They are now saying need to send camera to Maharashtra service centre from Mohali Punjab, with all memory card we tried. And then within month they will return all after testing. And they don't generate ticket number for complaint. They only do when we need to send camera to service centre. So now I am buying another camera, but ofcourse not from trueview. Co I have to have secure when my camera with service centre. I also have to send on my own cost. This is just in 2 month of buying

This product is very good and it has very clear view. As well as customer service is responding very quick to help. Night vision is very clear and good performance.
