Just received my Taf Mat last night and pulled it out to use for the first time today with my kiddo. Construction seems solid, I like the easy carry design and water resistant base - a huge plus when you live on a boat like we do and morning dew on the deck renders most playmats useless for outside tummytime. But I was disappointed to discover the product was already damaged: I saw the first spot (first pic) and thought, meh, I can live with that, it’s not pretty but maybe just a manufacturing defect . Then I saw the second spot, which looks like someone attempted to clean up glue or whatever it is and in the process destroyed the fabric. It’s also a bit raised. I have a kid who is putting everything in his mouth these days so I’m understandably concerned about this mystery substance on what otherwise would be a great product for us.UPDATE: (third picture) returned the defective product for a new one since Amazon makes it so easy. Immediately upon opening I saw a little sticker pointing out yet another defect. What gives, Taf Toys? This one doesn’t look like there’s glue so I’m going to keep it, but I’m disappointed that they struck out twice when it comes to quality control.

I love this mat! We take it with us to parks and even to friends' houses. There's plenty of room for baby to play and even enough space for us parents to sit. It folds easily and neatly with a convenient handle so you can carry it around anywhere you go. Highly recommend!

Wish mat had better grip on the bottom. Tends to slide on grass and cement

This is perfect for playing outside! Big enough for my 9 month old to crawl around!

Super easy to clean and padded enough for the playtime. It was perfect for our international travel and washed it multiple times in washing machine and haven’t seen any issues.

Praticissimo per la spiaggia o per le escursioni questo tappeto è facile da lavare è leggermente imbottito molto pratico poi il sistema di chiusura che consente di portarlo a tracolla.. L ho isato tantissimo, se molto sporco si può lavare in lavatrice, perfetto!

Y muy, muy práctica. Se lava y seca con mucha facilidad. Y se recoge muy bien. Perfecta para el parque y la piscina
