Well worth the price. Good compact unit
So these were on special the other week and I purchased one on a whim as my other half of the type that is always pumping her tyres up and having to plug in a cable and then feed through to other side of car is a pain and always when you’re in a rush to get out! What attracted me to this was the complete cordless compressor rather than the jump pack as I already have a professional 24v one but that’s an added bonus.Out of the box the unit was at 75% charge but plugged into the USB socket on the wall to fully charge. Note there is no mains adapter with this but if you have USB mains sockets they provide enough juice.Very next morning (Easter Monday) we get the opportunity to use it as we came out to a completely flat tyre.Press and hold the power button and she comes to life. Easy to set the required pressure and a proper lever type adapter. Press the power button momentarily and the compressor starts. It’s a little noisy but all compressors are.On her 18 inch focus 235’s from flat to 36psi took a couple of minutes. I was quite impressed. I did note that the battery had dropped by 1 bar of the battery charge indicator. So in theory you could do the whole car from flat and then have to charge it again. It comes in a soft but tough thick materials carry case that is bigger than the device so no snug fit covers that rip as you get with others. All the accessories and leads all fit inside the case too. parts also no more trying to squeeze everything in.I was impressed that much I put an order in for another one! So we have one per main vehicle. With our corded ones in there as a back up.One word of advice - make sure you do NOT leave this in the passenger compartment of a car as during the summer months the vehicle can get so hot that you could cause battery casings to warp. I had it on a professional jump pack, not this one but I suspect any battery device would be similar.Overall a great little device

Simple and easy solution to help if you have a flat battery.
Great product to keep in your car incase of an emergency, i have had to use it once and it worked well. Just remember to keep the battery charged on the unit as it drains the battery pretty quickly. It also has a handy usb charger port incase you need to charge a battery.

Well tested! Great Product! A Must Have!
I wanted to wait a good while before putting a review of this item up. As we all know, products similar to this have a habit of failing when just out of warranty.However. This product has been faultless in every way.It has started my 3.6 Litre Turbo Diesel Range Rover from flat many times now using the BOOST button. It uses about 20% of the battery to start this vehicle from flat. But afterwards it will go up a few % again, only 2 or 3, but I guess that's just the batteries recovering.I have also used it several times on a 1.3 Litre Petrol engine. And that only uses about 7% from flat. Again, recovering a couple of % after use.I have left it for months sat inside my glove box over winter and it didn't lose any charge at all. I would be confident leaving this even longer, should I need to. Because even after being left that long time it still started all vehicles fine.It even can quick charge at 100 watts, with the right charger.I would say that this is a must have to keep in your car for emergencies. Not only for the ability to start your car, but also for the USB functionality of it. And it also has a 12v output on it with a cigarette lighter attachment. Meaning you can use 12v items on it, such as tyre inflators and so on.So, you can start your car, charge your phone, use 12v equipment, quick charge it. And the battery seems to last for ages.I have not found a fault with it in any way whatsoever! I bought an extra one for the other car and also recommended one to a family member. And I suggest you get one too :)

Powerful jump starter!
First off, the construction is very good, very rugged. The jump leads plug in satisfyingly tight, and all ports for charging your devices are well labeled and self-explanatory. There's a bright LED light with different modes to help you at night or in low-light conditions, although it's on the other side to where the jump leads plug in, so it isn't in the best place. I've only just left a review now as I hadn't had a chance to try out the Gooloo's jump-starting capabilities until tonight. One of my work colleagues was stranded with a flat battery, and I leaped at the chance to offer assistance with the Gooloo. At the first turn of the key, my colleague's diesel Kia sprung into life! My colleagues were impressed, as was I!There was one disappointment, although it's of my own making: this model does not have the pre-heat function for below-freezing temperatures (I hadn't read all the descriptions properly). The model with the pre-heat function can be bought for about £20 more from the official Gooloo website. All in all, this is a great piece of kit that instills confidence. I would recommend it.

“Upto 60 starts” maybe on a 50cc moped
The media could not be loaded. Not very impressed, says it’ll do upto 60 starts in a single charge, tried to start a dead car that turned out to have no compression and after 4 seconds of cranking it lost 9% and it lost 3% just switching the ignition on. So that’s 10 starts at most. Nowhere near the 60 they claim. Wasn’t even anything impressive, it was a 1.6 petrol Mini Cooper. Can’t even send it back ‘cause it’s just coming upto 2 months, had I have noticed earlier how fast it depleted I’d have sent it back and got something else. It’s only when you get to those small numbers you notice things like that.
