I love the necklace but wish it didn’t bend and get crooked

The chain is difficult to clasp on as there is no larger metal ring at the end to clasp onto.

Received broken, not sure about real stones
I received it in a nice small package. But I received it broken... I tried to fix it by myself but it broke instantly again, it's a cheap material...The stones are beautiful but I am not sure they are real, especially the labradorite to be honest...
