Very nice large, hefty hurricane candle holders. The shade of blue is just what I was hoping for. I bought 8, 6 and 4 inch tall, 3 inch wide pillar candles to go with them and they fit well. The plan is to move them to an outdoor patio once it starts to cool off here in Arizona. For now they're in my entryway.My only complaint is, and as some other reviewers have mentioned, the inside bottoms aren't perfectly flat so the candles tend to lean a bit. For me, the middle size holder was the worst of the bunch and it bothered me enough that I made a little cardboard wedge to put under the candle for now. In the future I may find a better solution, possibly melting and pouring in a little wax from a spare candle, just enough to cover the bottom by a quarter inch or so. When it hardens it should then be level. Just a thought. Anyway, because of this, 4 stars instead of five.Other than the above gripe and being a little pricey, I really like these candle holders. I'm happy with them.

These glass hurricanes are bigger than I realized but are very well made. They have a handmade look, with the bubbles in the glass. They were packed with care- nothing broken. I put them on my mantle, but they are thick and heavy enough that I feel like I could also use them outside on my porch. I am glad I purchase them. Exceeded my expectations.

They are beautiful. I bought them as a birthday gift for someone who couldn't light candles because she was afraid her cat would get into the flame. These beautiful globes are heavy and tall enough a candle can fit inside without the cat reaching the flame. A win win.

This blue is stunning on my counter ! It’s sturdy and the bubbles make it look very elegant . I was skeptical about the price but they are well worth the money and are not cheap looking , when light it looks very real !

The blue candle holders were exactly what I was looking for. They are made of a thick glass and are very sturdy. I don't have to worry about them falling over if someone bumps the table a bit. I love the detail of the glass being bubbled. It adds a bit of character to them. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

So many colored glass hurricanes are just that, clear glass that’s been coated with a color and usually that coloring peels or flakes off - but these are truly blue glass and I’m loving them - I’ll be enjoying them for years to come!!
