How will we fill the butane torch and how long it will work per filling

Please follow this video to fill the torch. The torch could be fully filled with maximum 8-10g butane, which could be used hundreds time to smoke a cup of cocktail. You could also check the printed manual you received in the package to operate.

How could I fill up the butane torch?

Please follow the video or below instruction to fill. Later. If you follow all this and still find torch is not working at the end, please send us an email through your Amazon order and we will send you a replacement quickly, no hassle. 1) Turn the butane torch upside down and you will find a inflating port on bottom of this torch 2) Put a lighter butane upside down and inserts its nozzle into the torch's inflating port and hold, the nozzle on the fuel canister will press in. This will allow the fuel to flow into the torch. Do this for 5 seconds or so. There is no need to pump the fuel canister while fueling. 3) Once you have refilled your butane torch, let it sit a few minutes until the fuel reaches room temperature. Because the butane fuel is compressed in the fuel container is will be colder than room temperature. When it warms, the fuel will expand. 4) If your torch will not light, find the flame adjustment knob on bottom and turn a 1/4 turn, then attempt once more. Keep re-adjusting knob in 1/4 turn increments until the torch ignites.

How hot does the flame get? Could I use it for burning other things like creme brûlée and melting cheese?

The flame does get hot and from the description, you can also use it in the kitchen for those purposes. You can also adjust the flame to your desire.

I just received the cocktail kit and there isn't any fuel (butane?) What size butane should I buy?

Yes, the butane is NOT contained inside the torch. But you can easily find proper and universal butane for lighter/kitchen torch via Amazon, for example, Zippo butane fuel or 135ml Ronson lighter butane. Be sure to select the long-nozzle, instead of short one.
