Q: Is there a way to order the other color shams?

Dear customer, We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to provide shams in alternative colors for our 3-piece quilt set. This set includes 1 quilt and 2 pillow shams.

Q: My quilt came extremely wrinkled due to compressed packaging. Label says NO iron so how does one get out the wrinkles?

Mine did not arrive wrinkled, but I might suggest holding a steam iron several inches from the quilt, OR place it in the dryer for a few minutes, maybe with a damp towel. the stitching is some kind of plastic, which I think a direct ironing might melt. I love my quilt and hope you can smooth yours out.

Q: For a queen size bed, should I order king if I want it to touch the floor?

Dear customer, To ensure your quilt reaches the floor on a normal queen size bed, avoid ordering a king size quilt as it won't fit properly. Instead, opt for our oversized queen size quilt measuring 90''x98'' with a longer drop. If you have a higher bed, you could consider a king size quilt or a bed skirt as an alternative solution.

Q: One of the reviews said you have to line dry this. Was that just her opinion or is it correct that you can’t machine dry it?

The tag states semi dry. That is to dry only partially in the dryer and then let it finish by air drying.
