Put them in the 'fridge for a month as instructed and they are germinating nicely in the garden.

Important info missing in description
Would have been nice to know that the seeds needed to be stratified in the freezer for a month before planting...was disappointed when I discovered this upon opening the package. So much for starting them early in the greenhouse!
