Great product... but didn't fit!
The product itself is excellent. I'm 5'4" but it didn't fit me. I was so disappointed because the product is comfortable, high quality and much more stable than conventional crutches. I just neede to lower it one more hole on top section to make it work.

Good, but read this if you're tall.
The Good: They work really well and seem to be well made. Much better than traditional crutches for long term use. The "need to knows": These are advertised to fit people up to 6'6" - I'm 6'4" and they are just a tiny bit small for me. Dont see them working well with anyone any taller. They are heavy. You have to keep an eye on the "set screw" that secures the handrests. It gets loose fairly easily. I added some loctite to mine. The fabric pads are just dumb. They feel like something someone in marketing made the product team add. They are easily removed however. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Good ideas but feels like not enough testing before production
This review is organized from the armpit of the crutch to the bottom tips. Spoiler alert, the bottom tips are the best thing about these crutches. The black and blue fabric covers which you can optionally put over the armpit contact points are a good idea but bad execution. The synthetic blue top fabric will absolutely shred or rub raw any bare skin. Even with a short or long sleeve shirt, you can feel the rough texture. The complex sewing of the covers also creates seams you can feel through the padding, amplifying pressure points and causing even more discomfort. For me, using the covers caused much more pain than not using the covers. The main armpit contact point is a foam and plastic structure on top of five springs. Another good idea but... the foam has protrusions on three sides, it is not a smooth shape and because of this, it causes more pressure against your arms, armpits, and torso. The five springs are also quite noisy and because they protrude out a bit below the armpit support, those protrusions don't feel great if you happen to touch them. Going further down the crutches, the black tubing is very nice, sturdy, and has an even black coating. The coating does come off through normal use of resting the crutches against each other. Expect the coating to look more sparkly and silver colored like the metal underneath over time. I feel like the handgrips are perhaps the most worrisome part of these crutches. It is cool that you can adjust and set them into three positions but... the set screw for tightenting the handgrip into position comes loose. As in, it comes loose multiple times a day and the handgrips get more and more jiggly as you use them. You have to tighten the set screw each time before you use the crutches and if you are traveling for more than 10 minutes, tighten them again during your journey. Speaking of handgrips, they are covered in an interesting and pleasing silicone style material. Unfortunately they have extreme ergo shaping that does not seem to match the human hand. They are painful within minutes to the palm of your hand. I confirmed this same behavior with a friend who also had the same immediate issue when putting weight through their palms. Cutting off the excess material from the palm contact area significantly improved the feel and allowed me to use the crutches for much longer before hand fatigue became an issue. If you are into taking things apart, the handgrips are mostly made of silicone and underneath there seems to be some plastic and an even smaller piece of metal. It is really worrisome knowing how the handgrips are constructed and how much weight they are supposed to bear. I do not trust these handgrips and they are a constant worry during normal use. Moving down along the crutches, there are various brass looking adjustment points for customizing the length. They are nice but a side effect of have multiple adjustment points is that each hole adds a little bit of side to side motion which becomes even more significant with the handgrips. You can feel each crutch rotating a bit and I would rather each crutch feel more locked in. The internal springs in the feet I think are something you are going to like or dislike. They definitely add noise to an already noisy system. I think people should try both fixed and spring crutches to see which ones help them more. Finally the best part of this crutch system, the overbuilt, very grippy feet. These things are excellent at extreme ranges if you really like swinging through your steps. Their traction is amazing on various surfaces, even wet surfaces. I have not tried them for hiking but this company sells an even more aggressive off-road version you can try. For absolute perfection, I wish the tips did not rotate or spin when applying weight and pivoting. Since they have a plus shaped landing foot, it would be nice if those directions were always pointing the same way. Still, these feet are chonky, overbuilt, and very capable. I just wish the rest of the crutch was designed as well. If I could travel back in time, I would urge my younger self not to purchase these crutches as they are, quite, quite expensive. I have since found other crutches I like much better.

Generally good but could use some improvement.
They work well and my complaints are minimal. But here they are anyway. The hand holds hurt my hands due to their shape after prolonged use. They also are wobbly and no amount of tightening of the screw seems to fix that.

Amazing equipment
I have been on crutches numerous times for various injuries/surgeries. The uses of crutches is always very unpleasant and difficult. Most recently I tore my ACL. As before I began using the standard crutches that I had armed with all of the padding that I could find to be reasonable and practical. I ran across this product and decided to give it a try since I will once again be on crutches for an extended period. I have only had them for a few days but all I can say is that when compared to standard crutches they are truly amazing! They are quite and the effort to walk around is so much less than on the standard design. The normal pain that comes with walking on standard crutches is virtually eliminated. I purchased the carbon fiber design. The quality seems excellent and are very sturdy. All early indications is that they will be durable as well. I highly recommend and a very justifiable investment.

Crutches
My husband really likes these crutches. He hasn’t been able to put weight on his right leg for 2 years, he needed crutches that were sturdy and comfortable, these are so sturdy , non slip and are very comfortable under his arms . We gave these a 5 star , they have been a lifesaver for 2 years now
