I was looking for a spatula to get under and lift food from my dual, non-stick airfryer which is a tight space. Regular silicone spatulas were not flexible enough. Gave this a try, and it is absolutely perfect. The silicone handle makes it easy to grip and the silicone edge keeps it from scratching my airfryer and my non-stick pans. The aluminum makes it a bit flexible to get under the food in a tight space. It's resilient to high temperatures without getting damaged. I do not put it in the dishwasher, but it cleans nicely by hand, although it says dishwasher safe. After using mine for awhile, I purchased another one to make sure I always have my Misen.

I found this spatula to be perfect for my needs. After heading warnings about black plastic utensils and having everything but stellar performances from themas well. I was determined to find something suitable for my needs. I have found this spatula to be just what I needed. The silicone edge makes it safe to use and easy to lift and turn my food. The size is also just long enough and fits my hand and my pans well. After using and washing this item several times since my purchase, I would definitely recommend to everyone.

My search started by looking into new nonstick pans, or nonstick alternatives. I mainly use nonstick for eggs. I decided before buying a new pan, I would finally try to master frying eggs in a stainless pan, and I did get better after a few attempts! I decided that what I really needed was a better spatula - and this turned out to be a game changer for me with the stainless. Making sure I heat the pan and then the oil correctly, this spatula lifts the most delicate foods cleanly off the pan. Nice thin and flexible edge while still being rigid enough to maintain control.So, if you're like me, possibly investing in new nonstick pans when you already have some stainless to work with - try looking into stainless technique and this spatula!

The spatula is extremely well made (as expected from Misen products) and is exactly what I needed to cook delicate dishes in my stainless steel pan. Super easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
