A Daily Pleasure
I have owned multiple hand-help frothers, & several Nespresso frothers, & this Bonsenkitchen frother is, by far, my favorite! Most importantly, it makes great, thick froth for my morning cappuccino. The choice of frothing & warming milk options is great & it's so easy to use and clean. I love having the handle too- makes pouring easier. The fact that it is considerably less expensive than the Nespresso frother is also a real plus.

A few Tips for getting the most from this wonderful gadget
This milk frother makes very thick foam, wonderful for Cappuccinos or hot chocolate. Highly recommended!!!A few Tips;1 - It's easy to clean by rinsing the stainless steel interior after each use, before the milk residue has a chance to dry out and stick to the sides.2 - Watch out that the tiny spinner inside doesn't fall out while you are rinsing. I take it out and rinse it separately, to be on the safe side.3 - Also watch not to get the bottom of the gadget wet. This is where the electric part is, and if it gets wet, it stops functioning until it dries.4 - The milk is only heated to warm temperature, so when I want it hotter, I repeat the heating/foaming process twice.

Amazing.
I sat on this buy in my cabinet for months. Recently fell in love with london fogs with vanilla cold foam from Starbucks. Got tired of paying $7 every time. Just made one at home with vanilla extract, agave and plant based whipping cream into a delicious cold foam. Never going back. So quick and so delicious.

Gets the job done & affordable
This frother is replacing an older generation Nespresso model which I used for years before the heating element died. Nespresso definitely makes a better product, but of course the price tag is substantially higher. For the price I'm happy with my purchase. There are some key differences between the two. The nespresso pot had two frother attachments which snapped into place via magnet, one on the lid for storage and the other in the bottom of the container for frothing. It spun smoothly on a magnetic motor. This frother has only one attachment and it stores on the frother stem. The connection feels a little cheap and is made of plastic. The noise (which is quiet) sounds clunkier and less smooth than Nespresso, but I've been happy with the performance. I don't miss the second attachment. This pot has a heat/no froth setting that works very well. Frequently I'll use this option to rewarm a drink that went cold. The only truly irritating feature of this frother is how the frothing attachment tends to fall off its stem into the mug. This can be avoided by a slow pour with the pot tipped less, but I've still had to fish the little gadget out of my cup a few times. The Nespresso held tight with a magnet. Even with these disparities I am, overall, quite satisfied. I didn't want to spend $80+ on a frother and I expected some sacrifices in a $25 unit.

6 months and still going, but hot spot burns milk…
UPDATE (11/08/22) The heat is now dead. GRRRI really like this milk steamer/frother, and I use it several times a week. It makes a nice amount of milk, and theoretically, it should be easy to clean since the spinning bit pops out for cleaning. The problem I find is that whenever I’m using a setting with heat, there is a decent sized ‘hot spot’ on the bottom where the milk scorches and burns before the cycle finishes. I’ve tried stopping it before the cycle automatically finishes, but it still burns. The burnt part is difficult to clean off the surface, and it changes the taste of the milk, so it’s not as great as I hoped it would be. It’s ok for cold froth, but disappointing if you like steamed milk like I do.

Works great
Based on a few reviews noting this machine gives out after some use, I waited before reviewing my purchase. Five months in and no issues. I wash it and dry it right after, taking care not to place the urn back on the base wet. Easy to clean and maintain. Froths and warms really well, some milks better than others but that has nothing to do with the machine. Soy milk froths incredibly thick, it’s great. Super happy with this purchase, would recommend to anyone.

Muy práctico y hace una espuma genial para los capuchinos ...
Para poder limpiarla hay que tener mucho cuidado con la parte de abajo para no mojarla
