Life changer for my metatarsalgia pain. Placed just below the ball of the foot. Can reapply several days in a row (it gets thinner if you walk a lot, but still works). I just put these to the test over a two week trip and a never felt a moment of pain in my foot.

These are so well made. Made from real felt vs a spongy felt like material. You can feel the difference by just touching them and even looking at them. And they do not compress but start out as 1/4 inch and remain so. I have tried many less expensive brands from Amazon. These are special.

These pads are really nice and exactly as described. The adhesive stays put without any problems. I have worn them for three days without issue. I’ve even taken them off and replaced them after a couple days because the felt does crush a bit from body weight, but it sticks fine again. I’ve even washed one and it still has some stick left to it! I will probably have to use tape if I’m going to reuse it though because it’s not super sticky. The thickness is perfect for me. They are easy to put on and offer just the right amount of support where I need it. I’m using them to help with a plantar plate injury and these are a big help. I’m also thrilled to have found some made in the USA!

I am sold on these! I didn't understand at all how this was going to work but by gosh, they are. You stick them on the bottom of your feet and wear your regular shoes. You lightly peel them off at night and you can put them back on the next day. I am still on the same pair 8 days later. I have less pain than I had before wearing these. I am very happy with this purchase.

I had been suffering for years with problems on my left foot from bunion as I aged so I had treatments from a podiatrist a few years ago and he created a specific 1/4" thick pad for me to place on the bottom of my left foot and showed me how to cut padding the correct way and place on the bottom of my foot. Since joining Amazon Prime, I found your product and have been using them for quite awhile (I just got my second package) and they fit and work BETTER than the created one from my podiatrist. I am extremely pleased with your product and the way it really makes my left foot feet much better when I work compared to me creating and cutting pads on my own. Also, your products stays put on the bottom of my foot much longer that the pads that I have to cut and place on the bottom of my foot. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has bunion problems that have affected all of my toes (the bunion has pushed my toes over towards my smallest toe and so created pain and discomfort when walking). I was instructed by the podiatrist to never walk barefoot and to constantly wear the pads and your pads are bigger and cover more of the area on the bottom of my foot, hence, I am much more comfortable with your pads than the hand cut pads that I used to use. I even tried using your pads as a pattern to cut new pads from the sheets of pads that my podiatrist gave me, but your pads work better and they stick on much better than the sheets of pads that I was getting before. Your pads are excellent and they last a long time. I will continue buying your pads always. Keep up the good work!

I have been using these pads for several months and they were very helpful for my Morton's neuroma. I was able to re-position the pads if necessary and usually got 3 to 4 days wear from one pad. The last package I purchased has been a problem. It is difficult to remove the pad, and it leaves a sticky residue. I was down to about 3 pads and had received a new order of them. Last night I was unable to remove the pad so slept in it. The picture of my foot is after soaking it for 10 minutes. I have tried everything to get rid of the mess. I will be returning the new, un-opened package.I would like to amend my review. On the right of the 3rd photo you can see that the pads are on a backing allowing them to come off easily. The pad on the left from the batch that has such a sticky residue is not on a backing but must be peeled off individually. Both packages have the same numbers. I think there may be a problem with quality control. I am adding more stars because customer service called me immediately after I e-mailed them, and because the pads in the new package are easier to remove.

Genuinely surprised and pleased at how quickly (in minutes) and effectively these 1/4" pads worked to relieve the pain at the ball of my right foot. A pad placed under the removable insole at the most forward position of the arch did the trick. From a discomfort level of 6 on a 10 scale to a 1. All by reducing pressure on the ball of the foot, as per a YouTube video.Thanks so much.
