It's a big green Swiss Ball... no surprises here.
This swiss ball is exactly as described. Surprising how effective it is in core strengthening. Yup, it's green, as depicted, and I selected the large size, per the available advice on ball size vs. user height.

This works. So, I'm enjoying it. The pump is handy and works well. I'm a little saddened that it looses air so quickly - but... for the money, it's o.k.

Daily core strengthening
Great quality… the material is quite heavy duty and arrives with good pump and instructions to inflate to proper size. It is an excellent choice for my needs-I use the balance ball for my chair while working at my computer-it exercises my abdominal and strengthens my core.
