Q: Can you sleep with this on?

This isn't a condom catheter, so unless you never move the entire night, no. It works well if you wake up nights to pee but can't get to the bathroom easily. You want a condom catheter if you need to attach a urinal for possible night-time incontinence.

Q: Does the hose come off while using it?

The hose stays on when peeing but you can just use the jug as a urinal.
